    Talent Specialist

    Role Summary

    • The Talent Management Specialist will play a key role in driving our talent agenda by managing the full spectrum of talent management processes, from recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, to career development initiatives.
    • The ideal candidate is a smart, innovative HR professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and design strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Drive recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
    • Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires to ensure smooth transitions and engagement.
    • Manage employee performance management cycles and support in goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
    • Support learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and implementation of programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capacity.
    • Develop and implement talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
    • Monitor workforce analytics and provide insights to guide HR and business decisions.
    • Champion employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices in talent management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s or professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage).
    • 3–6 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent management, recruitment, or organizational development is a MUST.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
    • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • High level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
