    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Description

    • A Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to meet company staffing goals.
    • They partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build pipelines, and enhance employer branding.
    • Key duties include screening resumes, conducting interviews, utilizing ATS systems, and negotiating offers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Talent Solutions, professional networks, and social media.
    • Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting and resume screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, develop job descriptions, and create talent acquisition strategies.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, seamless experience for all candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
    • Employer Branding: Promote the company culture and values to attract top talent.
    • Data Analysis & ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience (usually 2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Networking: Strong relationship-building skills to manage stakeholder and candidate relationships.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HR Certification (e.g., HRCI or SHRM).
    • Experience in high-volume hiring or specific industry verticals (e.g., Tech, Healthcare)
