Talent Acquisition Officer at GIG Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (e.g., drivers, warehouse staff, hub supervisors, corporate roles).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Ensure proper documentation and evaluation of candidates in line with company standards.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct background and reference checks where required.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and manage the candidate acceptance process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition of new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and recruitment best practices.
