Survey and Geoinformatics (Land Surveyor) at Firstfruit Homes Limited

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, boundary, engineering, and site surveys
• Use GPS, Total Station, drone, and GIS tools to capture field data
• Prepare site coordinates, contour maps, layouts, ard land reports
• Produce digital rmaps, cadastral plans, and survey drawings
• Process and analyze geospatial data using GIS software
• Support land acquisition, title verification, and boundary dispute resolution
• Generate accurate AutoCAD and CIS-based Survey outputs
• Maintain survey control points and benchmarks
• Carry out data conversion, digitization, and map updates
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and project managers
• Ensure all survey works comply with regulatory and legal standards
• Prepare technical reports for mmagement and project teams
• Maintain Survey equipment and ensure calibration accuracy

Qualifications/Requirments

• Bachelor's degree / HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics. Geomatics, Geodesy. Geography, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2—5 years experience in surveying and GIS operations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 30, ArcGIS / QGIS GPS & Total Station operations
• Good knowledge of land laws, mappng standards. and title documentation
• Experlence in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or telecom projects is an advantage
