Issue monthly HSE/ Support services performance report.
Lead overarching activities for contract support services and manage customer request into acceptable schedule to ensure activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Coordinate and schedule personnel for competency development program as per training plan maintaining records as required.
Coordinate personal protective equipment issuance to personnel maintaining records.
Manage material/ job requisition for effective and efficiency equipment and tools management.
Ensure new employees undergone requisite site induction/training for plant work, including ID cards, driver permits, access badges etc.
Ensure personnel comply to requisite vaccination program maintaining adequate records.
Review and approve personnel time sheets and maintain annual leave records.
Carry out regular health check of processes, work instruction and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education:
Degree/HND in science or any disciple.
Experience:
Up to 8 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry. LNG plant experience is an added advantage.
