Reports to: Program Supervisor
Role Objective
The Support Desk Personnel will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for hospital staff and patients interacting with the organization’s procured digital technology suite and oncology access initiatives. The goal is to reduce operational burdens on hospital staff while facilitating seamless patient navigation through program processes and diagnostic services.
