Jite Projekts Limited, a leading piling and civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
The ideal candidate will ensure that materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time, at the right cost, and in compliance with company standards to support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project requirements.
Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and supplier relationships.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Negotiate contracts and manage cost‑saving initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field with 5–7 years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
