Job Description
Assess the quality and efficiency of the work and promptly rectify any deviations:

• Provide guidance on team organization skills and performance evaluations, and assist employees in resolving workplace challenge.

Process Control:

• Strictly enforce company regulations and business processes, conduct regular inspections and record issues, and develop remediation plans.
• Track the progress of key metrics, respond promptly to any anomalies, and coordinate resources to address them.

Communication and Coordination:

• Report on the progress of team work, existing issues, and suggestions for improvement to superiors, and convey company decisions and task requirements to subordinates.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration efforts and address feedback and concerns from customers or partners.

Optimization and improvements:

• Identify issues and lessons learned during the collection process, analyze pain points in the workflow, propose optimization solutions, and facilitate their implementation.
• Summarize the achievements and shortcomings of the work and compile a review report to serve as a reference for future endeavors.
• Recycling Operations Support Department (consists of a Training Department, Customer Service Department, and a Supervision Department).

Job Requirements

• BSC or HND in Business Management is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in business management and 5 years of managerial position
• Able to operate computers and use office software, with strong team management, leadership skill,organization, coordination, performance management, communication and interpersonal skills.
