Supermarket Manager at MyStaff Consulting Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the supermarket staff
• Hire, train, schedule and manage staff
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock levels, minimizing wastage and implementing effective replenishment strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service from staff
• Address customer complaints and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Develop and manage budgets, control expenses and maximize profitability through efficient operations.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies including product display, promotions, to attract customers and optimize sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Management or related fields
• 3-5 years’ of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must have passion for the job.
• Excellent communication skills.
