Job Description

• The Company is looking for a licensed pharmacist who can assist with registration and oversee day-to-day business operations at the store.
• The pharmacist will guarantee that the medication provided to patients is appropriate and of a high degree of quality, including the method of administration, provide guidance on potential side effects, and respond to patient questions about the medication they have purchased.

      Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the medicines supply chain and ensure pharmacy premises and systems are fit for purpose
• Ensure the quality of medicines sold to customers 
• Ensure that the supply of medicines is within the law
• Advise customers about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur.
• Also, answering patients’ questions
• Conduct health and wellness screenings 
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere strictly to applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice
• Keep accurate customer and sales records
• Provide other medical services such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements and checking blood sugar levels
• Manage inventory and stock of drugs supplied to the store
• Also, any other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate will be required for immediate resumption
• Valid license to operate as a pharmacist
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
• Graduate/Entry experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
• Observational and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of ERP solutions used by pharmacy store

Benefits

• Compensation: PAY ranges BTW N150, 000.00 –N200, 000.00 monthly + overtime for extra hours

Work Schedule:

• Weekdays 8 hours (160hours) + 2 weekends monthly (32hours)
