Ensure availability and use of all service delivery tools needed for HTS, PrEP, ART and HIV self-testing distribution, by the integrated service providers.
Manage the integration and unique identification of data coming from community programs into the facility reporting system.
Ensure high quality data for all service deliveries within assigned cluster.
Generate and submit weekly summary reports of the cluster’s performance to his/her supervisor.
Conduct data gap and outlier analysis to correct discrepances observed across reporting platforms.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies related to project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
Participate in service and data quality-related activities to ensure implementation fidelity and accountability.
Participate in state-led data review meetings to provide data-related insight into project performance, identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Perform any other duties as deemed fit by the technical supervisors
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Minimum of HND (Medical Records) or bachelor’s degree or O ’Level (SSCE)
1 year’ experience Local or International NGOs.
Familiarity with Nigerian health information management HIV tools and reporting platforms is required.
Familiarity with reporting using LAMIS plus and COMMCARE
Skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/or SAS and Epi-Info highly desirable but not necessary as trainings will be provided
Strong data management and analysis skills
Hands on experience in the use of computer (Word processing, Excel, and database programs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Efficient and effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively and adhere to timelines.
Ability to follow instructions provided in verbal or written format.
Literate in both English language and local dialect.
Applicant must be resident in one of the LGAs within the designated cluster
