    Finance Associate

    • Prepare monthly financial report forms in accordance with executed sub-project documents.
    • Generate monthly reporting and budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Enter financial data into Excel spreadsheets and Sage 300 Software.
    • Utilize sound accounting skills to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
    • Apply knowledge of financial systems and processes to support financial operations.
    • Monitor financial transactions, identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate corrective actions in review of all categories of payments (vendors, consultants, ad-hoc staff, sub-awardee liquidations, etc.)
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to transfer knowledge into operational plans.
    • Foster sustainable buy-in by engaging clients in the financial decision-making process.
    • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
    • Articulate financial information clearly and positively to facilitate understanding.
    • Ensure all financial documents are filed appropriately.
    • Ensure timely scanning of vouchers and uploading on ECEWS Finance Folder in OneDrive
    • Ensure proper documentation, stamping, labelling, photocopies, and filing of all financial documents.
    • Collect credit tax receipts from Zenith Bank for filing in Finance Unit
    • Upload of all approved transactions
    • Other roles as assigned by supervisor.

    Minimum Recruitment Standard

    • Holds a University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related social sciences.
    • Possess 2-3 years of experience with administrative and secretarial skills.
    • Demonstrate strong accounting skills and familiarity with financial management principles.
    • Have experience working with large complex organizations; familiarity with international NGOs is preferred.
    • Exhibit proven experience in transferring knowledge into operational plans and collaborating with clients.
    • Proficient in using computerized financial information systems and MS Excel.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Familiarity with Donor-funded programs and non-governmental organizations in Nigeria.

    Grant & Sub-Contract Associate

    • The incumbent will work to provide administration for the management of awards and sub awards to include contracts, grants and cooperative agreements.
    • Will monitor workflows and help develop and implement systems to provide sound management control over ECEWS compliance with award terms and conditions and the organizational policies.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Grant & Sub-Contract Associate.

    Minimum Recruitment Standard

    • B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and 3-4 years relevant experience.
    • Or M.Sc/MBA with 3-4 years relevant experience in an NGO setting.
    • Relevant software skills to include spreadsheet and database software and Management Information Systems.
    • Working knowledge of donor (USAID, CDC, DFID, Global Fund) contract and grant agencies are required.
    •  Ability to interpret funding regulations and develop implementing procedures is required.

    Motor Vehicle Operator

    •   Ensures provision of reliable and secure driving services by a) driving office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items and b) meeting official personnel and visitors at the airport, visa and customs formalities arrangement when required.
    • Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
    • Ensures proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing, etc.
    • Ensures availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, office directory, and map of the city/country, first aid kit, and necessary spare parts.
    • Ensure that all immediate actions required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accidents.
    • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
    • Provide other project related support assistance as may be assigned Supervisor

    Minimum Recruitment Standard

    • Minimum relevant qualification from secondary academic institution.

    ESM Clinician

    • Provide technical support at assigned facilities to implement high quality comprehensive HIV/AIDS programs such as TB/HIV, HTS& case finding, linkage
    • Paediatrics & Adult ART, PMTCT, AHD, and other services including direct service provision to clients at facility level service delivery.
    • Oversee the implementation of integrated HIV, TB, NCD and other medical services at facility level.
    • Oversee capacity-building activities to transfer skills, knowledge, and technology to the Government of Nigeria staff and stakeholders at the individual, facility, and levels to lead the HIV response and create effective linkages between facility and community services Ensure AHD, NCD & TB screening for all identified PLHIVs with same day linkage and enrolment rates for identified HIV positive adult, adolescent and pediatric clients at the facility based on the UNAIDS 95:95:95 strategies.
    • Oversee the activities of the other ESM staff in the facility, including all categories of adhoc staff.

    • Collaborate with other partners in the state to ensure clients diagnosed from the facility are appropriately linked to ART, retained on lifelong ART, have their viral load when due, and achieve viral suppression

    • Represent ECEWS at forums related to TBHIV prevention, care and treatment as directed by the supervisor.

    Minimum Recruitment Standard

    • MBBS with at least one to two years’ experience in TBHIV management. Must have a valid practicing license.
    • A retired ART nurse with at least three years in the management of TBHIV.

    Strategic Information Support – Ogoja

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure availability and use of all service delivery tools needed for HTS, PrEP, ART and HIV self-testing distribution, by the integrated service providers.
    • Manage the integration and unique identification of data coming from community programs into the facility reporting system.
    • Ensure high quality data for all service deliveries within assigned cluster.
    • Generate and submit weekly summary reports of the cluster’s performance to his/her supervisor.
    • Conduct data gap and outlier analysis to correct discrepances observed across reporting platforms.
    • Conduct regular field visits to monitor program implementation and ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies related to project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Participate in service and data quality-related activities to ensure implementation fidelity and accountability.
    • Participate in state-led data review meetings to provide data-related insight into project performance, identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
    • Perform any other duties as deemed fit by the technical supervisors

    Minimum Recruitment Standard

    • Minimum of HND (Medical Records) or bachelor’s degree or O ’Level (SSCE)
    • 1 year’ experience Local or International NGOs.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian health information management HIV tools and reporting platforms is required.
    • Familiarity with reporting using LAMIS plus and COMMCARE
    • Skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/or SAS and Epi-Info highly desirable but not necessary as trainings will be provided
    • Strong data management and analysis skills
    • Hands on experience in the use of computer (Word processing, Excel, and database programs).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Efficient and effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task effectively and adhere to timelines.
    • Ability to follow instructions provided in verbal or written format.
