    Strategic Account Manager (Sales)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the NGO market, federal parastatals, and the Federal Ministry of Health.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within these sectors to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Understand customer needs and propose tailored medical equipment and healthcare solutions to address them.
    • Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share and secure long-term contracts.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
    • Stay updated on government policies, funding initiatives, and trends in the healthcare sector to identify opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare or biomedical sciences is an advantage.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare sector.
    • Demonstrated success in selling to NGOs, government agencies, or healthcare organizations.
    • Excellent knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including key players and decision-makers in the Federal Ministry of Health.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed within Nigeria.
