Job Description

• The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling inventories.
• The ideal candidate should be a team player, enjoy working with a variety of people, and have knowledge of basic warehousing. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cycle count of product inventories on daily basis
• Check date sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal of product as needed.
• Ensuring restocking is done accordingly
• Ensuring the store and warehouse is kept clean and organized
• Ensuring safe keeping of raw materials and finished products
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
• Checking of inventory records for accuracy
• Perform periodic stock taking and ensure all inventory is accounted for and accurately reported according to the company policy
• All other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in FMCG
• Minimum of HND in Accounting, Business Management, or any other related fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Problem Solving skills.
