Store Officer at Winelight Analytical Systems Nigeria Limited

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting and undertaking the following duties and responsibilities with the approval & absence of the HOD Accounts

• Daily update of General Stock records
• Keeping of BIN CARD status on each stock items
• Tracking INBOUND shipment
• Update on Goods Receive record
• Update on Goods Release record
• Product Brochure stock management
• Order procurement management
• Form M & other import documentation processing
• ORDER | INVOICE record
• Keeping OEMs Price list record
• Keeping record of list | profile of OEMs & their area of specialization
• Keeping of STORE | SERVICE RECONCILIATION record

Prepare STOCK DATA for managment & operational activities i.e.:

• Stock Analysis data
• Purcahse Order (PO) Analysis data
• ORDER | INVOICE analysis
• Manufacturers OTD data
• Monitoring of Winelight OTD to Customer
• Brochure data
• Demo Data

Book keeping of all sales DOCUMENTATION

• Pre-sale shipment document
• Courier document
• Manage the Supply activities across all existing product lines (in accordance to category and classification).
• Prepare material Requirement planning and ensure re-order across all locations
• Ensure adequate housekeeping thus enhancing: sorting, setting in order, standardization and sustenance of good housekeeping system
• Recommend measures of improvement and continuous improvement process of the Stores and Distribution.
• Maintain regular / minimum stock balances for all items
• Ensures Stock inventory control/ forecasting
• Ensure regular/ periodic report Stock entry and exit, Stock Age Report, for Management decision.
• Ensure re-order level is maintained for import Decision
• Carry out periodic inventory/stock appraisal and audit thus advising management on the performance of each item/product with regards to ageing, movement, sales, storage condition, obsolete, etc
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Background  Experience / Qualification:

Minimum Education:                       HND / B.Sc  in Sciences

Experience: Store role with Science background. Store officer in chemistry/ analytical adaptive companies    

Professional membership:            Optional

Minimum Relevant Experience:     3 years and above

Age:                                                      28 years and above
