Store Keeper - Pharmaceuticals at Chris Ejik Group of Companies

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Store materials in compliance with GMP/GDP, including temperature and humidity controls
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Manage batch numbers, expiry dates, and proper labeling
• Issue materials to production, QA, or dispatch as per approved documentation
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation to meet regulatory requirements and support audits
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, segregation of materials, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Perform other jobrelated duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
