Job Summary

We are looking for a Station Cashier who will handling all financial transactions at the station, ensuring accurate cash management, excellent customer service, and proper documentation of sales. The role requires integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive payments (cash, POS, transfers) for fuel and other products.
• Issue receipts to customers promptly and accurately.
• Ensure correct pricing and billing at all times.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Accurately record all sales transactions.
• Reconcile daily sales with cash and POS receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and sales.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and financial procedures.
• Safeguard cash and prevent losses or theft.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSC
• Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic computer applications.
