    Spare Part Manager

    Job Description

    • The Ideal Candidates will be responsible for managing the spare parts sales and logistics process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parts to our valued customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and source correct parts and part numbers for MHE and CE products from parts manuals.
    • Prepare and send accurate pricing quotations to customers using Navision and Excel.
    • Generate and issue invoices and coordinate the shipment of parts to customers.
    • Manage and coordinate the logistics of parts and equipment to various customer locations.
    • Ensure adherence to material flow processes, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), gate passes, and Excel register updates.
    • Maintain accurate records of all activities and provide regular reports to superiors.
    • Achieve monthly spare targets by implementing tactical action plans.
    • Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager, ensuring quality, timeliness, and follow-up.
    • Actively interact with and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
    • Proactively seek new business through cold calling and follow-up to achieve invoicing goals.
    • Manage Vendor/Customer interaction on Email.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience in handling spare parts quotations with vendors and customers.
    • Proven experience in dealing with spare parts from the heavy machinery industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts) and Construction Equipment (Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in email communication and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter."
