Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming experience for all spa guests.
• The ideal candidate will handle appointments, payments, and inquiries while maintaining a calm and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc Degree in any related field
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
