Sourcing Officer

Location:* Ibafo
Salary:* ₦90,000 (Net Pay) with bonuses if target is met

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit factory workers
- Engage with local communities to find suitable candidates
- Support basic screening and onboarding
Requirements:
- Must live around Berger, Magboro, Ibafo, or Asese
- Good communication skills
- Experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage
