Content Creation: Create bold, eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and visuals to capture attention and build the brand. You’ll ensure that the content is unique, engaging, and not just cookie-cutter templates.
Audience Growth: Implement smart, organic strategies to grow the audience across all platforms. You’ll be active in the accounts daily, engaging with the audience, liking, commenting, and responding to direct messages.
Event Promotion: Promote relevant events through social media channels as part of the content and strategy work.
Community Engagement: Manage community interactions, responding to questions, comments, and messages to keep followers engaged and connected.
Platform Optimization: Optimize the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for maximum reach and engagement. You’ll also be responsible for launching and growing the TikTok presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and pushes the creative boundaries.
