Social Media Officer at ECLAT HR Consulting

Salary: N80,000

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website
• Create and curate high-quality content (text, image, and video) for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with followers
• Analyze social media data to improve performance and report on social media metrics to the team Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes
• Analyze social media data to identify trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Work with the team to develop and execute video content and reels. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a social media officer or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Canva, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience in content creation and copywriting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in video production and editing on mobile e.g. Capcut etc. High level of integrity, professionalism, innovation, and creativity.

Required Competencies:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
