• Job Summary
• The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, financial systems, and compliance activities within the automobile manufacturing environment. This role ensures that business operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications is an advantage: CIA, CISA, CFE, CPA, or equivalent.

Experience

• 2–4 years of internal audit or manufacturing audit experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
• High proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and audit management software.
• Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
