    Social Media Manager

    Job Description

    • Create and curate engaging content for posting on social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower engagement, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads or sales.
    • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries or feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track analytics, and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
