Social Media Manager

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing business social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Canva, content planning tools, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong copywriting and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement content strategies for daily/weekly posts across all platforms
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries timely
- Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and performance reports
- Collaborate with the design and clinical team to produce branded graphics, videos, and educational posts
- Promote clinic services, offers, and events through sponsored ads and influencer outreach
- Analyze engagement metrics to improve reach and customer conversion
- Maintain a consistent tone, branding, and visual identity across platforms
