    Social Media Executive

    • Developing a social media strategy that fits with the marketing strategy for the business.
    • Responsible for helping the company to reach its target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company services.
    • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and making recommendations for improvements.
    • Creating social media calendars, developing content and sharing on all company social networks and monitor engagement.
    • Measure web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates)
    • Using social media marketing tools to create and strengthen the company’s brand.
    • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommending new topics.
    • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
    • Write clear marketing content to promote our products/services.
    • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
    • Liaise with production, marketing and design teams to properly illustrate our products & services.
    • Share any lead with the business development team for prompt follow up.
    • Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images and tone across all social media platforms.
    • Ensure the organizations website is updated.
    • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities such as viral media.
    • Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops and participating in professional societies.

    Qualification & Skills

    • Candidate must be a graduate.
    • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a content creator or social media manager.
    • Knowledge of SEO
    • Knowledge and use of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
    • Digital Marketing & Graphic Design
    • Brand / Product Marketing
    • Content writing and development
    • Research skill
    • Exceptional creativity and innovation
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
    • Team working ability
