Social Media / Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to manage our online presence and generate qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities
- Manage company social media pages &Create and post engaging product content and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and generate qualified leads
- Convert online traffic into potential customers for the sales team
- Maintain daily communication with prospects via social media and WhatsApp
- Track performance of posts and provide weekly reports.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media manager
- Experience managing pages & Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva is an advantage).
