Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily operations on-site, managing subcontractors and laborers, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project timelines and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and daily logs.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
• Enforce adherence to all health and safety protocols on the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Certification in site supervision or safety management is a plus.
