Summary

• We require the immediate services of a Shipment Documentation Officer with track records of working or had worked with a logistics and freight farwarding company based in Lagos State.

Job Description

• Responsible for post shipment documentation of RCN/CK
• Responsible for checking and correction of post shipment documentation for RCN/Ck
• Responsible for raising export invoice for CK
• Responsible for sending shipment memo to export port city ware houses for stuffing
• Responsible for opening Form M for import of cashew equipments / jute bags etc
• Responsible for liasing with freight forwarder for clearing of import
• Responsibe for payment processing for import
• Responsible for checking and correction of import documents
• Responsible for sharing the monthly sales listing for RCN/CK.

Job Specification

• Must be a graduate of Social Science or related discipline with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Must have hands on the job experience and delivery
• Must be resident of Lagos State residing on the mainland, Ikotun precisely
• Must posses the following skill set below
• Effective communication, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and adaptability. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and conflict resolution, are also crucial for navigating potential issues and working effectively with various stakeholders.
