Shift Manager at Gourmet Twist

Job Description

• Managing a team of employees during a particular shift, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensuring that all employees are properly trained on company policies, procedures, and products.
• Monitoring the progress of daily operations, and ensuring that they meet established goals and standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs, and providing reports to senior management as needed.
• Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products and supplies.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Implementing and enforcing safety and security protocols to protect employees and customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage
