Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Drive sales of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and post-installation support
Promote maintenance contracts, technical services, and long-term support solutions
Plan and execute site visits to assess customer needs

Qualifications
A Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics or any related field
At least 2 years of experience selling SLAs or technical support services (experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong technical acumen and ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions.
