The Profile
First Degree in Computer Science, Social Science or any related field. (M.Sc. is an added advantage)
Minimum of 5 years experience handling the Service Assurance, Customer Experience/Service, Relationship Management functions of a reputable service-oriented company.
Prior experience working with a company in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
Proven track record handling all daily service management or performance issues for customers and ensuring the company's services meet the customers' goals.
Prior experience assisting with complex customer escalations to bring fair/final resolution.
Must possess good stakeholder & relationship management skills in order to meet or possibly exceed customer expectation thus enhancing their experiences.
Demonstrated ability developing, implementing, and managing SLAs for assigned services and ensure delivery of service to agreed levels.
