    Senior Telesales Associate

    • We’re seeking a driven and experienced Senior Telesales Associate to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through advanced sales techniques and strategic client engagement.
    • You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, handling complex negotiations, and cultivating long-term relationships while guiding junior team members toward success.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Proactively source, identify, and qualify high value leads through strategic outbound calls, warm referrals, and intelligent use of CRM insights.
    • Conduct deep dive needs assessments to understand customer pain points and position our HMO solution as the best fit.
    • Articulate the value of our health insurance plans with confidence, clarity, and relevance to each client’s unique challenges.
    • Maintain a structured, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, prioritizing high-conversion opportunities.
    • Skillfully manage the sales cycle from first call to sign-up, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
    • Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, acting as a credible advisor.
    • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, objections, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and guide junior telesales associates, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong skills in advanced negotiations, deal closing, and account management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Strong market awareness and ability to conduct competitor/market analysis.
    • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or coaching junior sales team members.
    • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
