    Senior Technical Recruiter

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and EoR service needs.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
    • Proactively source and engage top technical talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, partnerships with educational institutions).
    • Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen the employer brand of the EoR service.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical recruiters.
    • Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies to anticipate client needs.
    • Implement robust technical skills assessment methods to ensure quality of talent delivered to clients.
    • Establish recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure high satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-9 years of experience in technical recruitment.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience and relevant certifications).
    • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications relevant to the EoR service industry.
    • Proficiency in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Leadership and managerial abilities.
    • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
    • Problem-solving and innovation skills.
    • Client relationship management skills.
    • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
    • Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
    • A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
