Senior Tax Associate/Assistant Tax Manager at TAC Professional Services

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Senior Tax Associate/Assistant Tax Manager.
• The role involves managing tax compliance processes, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax planning and advisory services, liaising with relevant tax authorities, and staying updated on regulatory changes to guide client strategies.
• Collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax-related reporting
• Deep understanding of Tax Laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge of Finance and financial analysis principles
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ACTI ACA, ACCA, or equivalents) will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft suites and analytical tools
