Interface with clients, superintendents, class surveyors and owners’ agents as required for projects.
Ensure vessel specifications are complete including obtaining copies of all technical drawings.
Manage the Security of all clients & client material on the work site.
Manage and maintain the Security Clearance of all “visitors” to and from vessel.
Attend and coordinate Periodic Safety meetings as part of Shipyard staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a ship manager or other management level responsibilities in a heavy steel manufacturing environment, Shipyard and Marine background.
Proficient in the use of P3 and other Planning/Reporting software.
Ability to lead and direct multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams.
