Dangote Cement is seeking an experienced and engaging Senior SAP HCM/SF EC Integration Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
Experience in integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware
Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems
Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
