Senior SAP HCM/SF EC Integration Consultant at Dangote

• Dangote Cement is seeking an experienced and engaging Senior SAP HCM/SF EC Integration Consultant to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
• Experience in integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
• Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems
• Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
