    Senior Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet Sales Targets: Identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Find New Clients: Research and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Present Products: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    •  Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals effectively.
    • Understand the Market: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies.
    • Know the Products: Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
    • Keep Records: Accurately record sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports.
    • Gather Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and share it with the team to improve our offerings.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product development to align sales efforts with company goals.


    • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on results.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and sales pipelines.
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
    • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
