What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive sales of cybersecurity and consultancy services to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries
• Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Collaborate with technical consultants to prepare proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff to deliver on team objectives
• Oversee account management to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology consulting
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong corporate network across industries (preferred)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and resilient under pressure
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a sales team
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or sales certifications) are an added advantage
