Roles & Responsibilities

• The Programme & Communications Officer will support training coordination and manage internal/external communications.
• Coordinate scheduling of training programmes, examinations, and related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of trainees, facilitators, assessments, and programme documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, facilitators, and partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Support preparation of reports, documentation, and official correspondence (emails, letters, presentations).
• Manage email communications and respond to enquiries, escalating complex issues as required.
• Support social media management and content creation for programme updates and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and events, including follow-ups on action items.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing systems and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–1 year experience (NYSC candidates encouraged; on-the-job training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and professional approach to work.
