• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the reinsurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of reinsurance markets, structures, and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reinsurance software and risk management tools.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIIN etc.) is highly desirable.
