    Senior Recruiter

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top-quality talent for our clients across various industries.
    • This role demands a strong focus on delivering high-quality candidates within tight timelines while maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from job brief intake to candidate placement.
    • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting.
    • Deliver 3 qualified candidates per role within a 7-day turnaround time per candidate.
    • Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate shortlists.
    • Ensure a smooth handover of selected candidates to the client’s onboarding team.
    • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets consistently.

    Performance Metrics & Expectations

    • Secure roles with a flat fee between ₦200,000 – ₦500,000 per successful placement.
    • Present a minimum of 3 qualified candidates for each role.
    • Deliver candidates within a strict 7-day turnaround per candidate.
    • Payment is processed 14 days after candidate confirmation by the client.
    • Provide replacement for any candidate who leaves within 2 months of appointment at no additional cost to the client.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
    • 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (agency or corporate experience preferred).
    • Strong track record of successfully closing recruitment assignments with speed and quality.
    • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (7-day candidate delivery).
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
