Senior Project Risk Engineer at Vantegral Consulting

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Risk Engineer to lead project risk management across major Oil & Gas projects.
• The successful candidate will identify, assess, analyze, and mitigate project risks while supporting cost, schedule, and project performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Develop and maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations.
• Analyze cost and schedule risks using Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and @Risk.
• Prepare monthly risk reports and advise project leadership on risk exposure.
• Support claims, change management, and project controls.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Promote and comply with QHSSE standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Risk Engineering, preferably on large Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Project Controls, Risk Management, Cost & Schedule Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Risk, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
