    Senior Project and Business Manager (Deal Maker / Negotiations)


    • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
    • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
    • Identify new opportunities and revenue streams. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the construction technology market.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with overall business objectives.
    • Continuously assess and improve project management methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance the company's competitive position.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, business development, and negotiations.
    • Proven success in deal-making and negotiations, with a track record of securing profitable contracts.
    • Strong understanding of construction technology trends.
    • Background experience: Real Estate, Construction Technology, Project Management, Business Development, Sales, Operations
