    Senior Product Owner

    Role Description

    • We are a leading insurance organization developing next-generation line of business applications for General, Life and Health Insurance. As a Product Owner, you will define and prioritize product features for a multi-tenant, cloud-native insurance platform, focusing on policy, claims, reinsurance, and advanced analytics integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
    • You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
    • Your leadership will guide the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely releases and high-quality outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with strategic goals.
    • Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure clarity and focus for the development team.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and feedback from business units, end users, and technical teams.
    • Sprint Planning & Review: Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
    • Market & User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and market trends.
    • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and performance.

    Qualifications & Work Experience

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
    • Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.

    Experience

    • 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis roles in tech or insurance sectors.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
