The Senior People Operations Analyst will support the People and Culture team in shaping a meaningful employee experience from hiring to exit, with a simple mission: help our people be their best, give their best, and have the best experience while at it.
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic input, requiring someone who can lead projects, make sound independent decisions, and contribute to building scalable people systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Support performance management cycles, employee development, and team effectiveness initiatives.
Support and continuously improve payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
Lead and contribute to people projects and initiatives, improving processes, policies, and systems to support a growing and high-performing organisation.
Use data, reporting, and insights to track impact, support decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and overall people outcomes.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage expectations effectively, and support employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
Help strengthen a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment aligned with the company’s people philosophy and business goals.
An ideal candidate will bring:
3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, especially payroll management.
