Senior Legal Officer at PWAN Stars

Location: - Ajah/Sangotedo/Lekki

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory to management and various departments.
• Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Oversee property transactions, title verification, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external solicitors.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Ensure the company adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Offer guidance on employment matters, corporate governance, and commercial negotiations.
• Review risks and provide proactive legal solutions.

Requirements

• LL.B, B.L with a minimum of 5 years post-call experience.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law and real estate law is an added advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
