Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Campaign Support: Support planning and execution across digital, in-store, and traditional channels.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing content including copy, visuals, and promotional materials.
• Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Trade & Launch Activations: Support product launches, trade activations, and in-store promotional campaigns.
• Event Logistics: Assist with planning and logistics for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Execute other marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)
Education & Experience:

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles (NYSC or internship experience in marketing is an advantage).

Technical & Tools Proficiency:

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is a plus.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with keen interest in brands, consumer trends, and marketing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Lagos (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a rotational Saturday schedule.
• Fieldwork: Occasional visits to stores, activation venues, or events as required.
