Senior ICT Advisor at Eazcom Multilingual and Educational Consultants

The Consultant must have minimum qualification and experience as follows:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree with technology emphasis or concentration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience on any project in West Africa.
• Fluency in the English language and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Possess professional certification in the project management field (Prince2 or PMP) and have a minimum of six years of experience in a senior technical role on a similar project in the West African region.
• Have at least one of the below quality assurance or ICT Governance professional certifications: ISO900X, CISA, CGEIT, MCSE, CCNA, and TOGAF.
•  Minimum of two of the below professional certification: TOGAF, MCSE, CCNA, Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Cloud, and Microsoft Azure Administrator.
• Demonstrable experience in overseeing a major data center or enterprise infrastructure in the public sector across the African region.
• An in-depth understanding of ICT network communication and technology such as IP networks, VPNs, fiber optics, and WiMAX technology.
• An in-depth understanding of cloud hosting, data center management, and datacenter technologies. 
• Well verse in Windows and Linux operating systems and have managed either at the enterprise level for a minimum of five years.
• At least 4 years of experience in advising on ICT-related issues in the public sector and have held a senior ICT role in the public sector.
• Ability to work closely with functional team members in ensuring that business objectives are delivered.
• Proven ability to communicate and relate complex ideas in a way that is understandable by staff and management without an ICT background.
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
•  Eight years of practical leadership experience in implementing, operating, and supporting enterprise ICT systems.
