Senior Human Resources Manager at AETI Consulting

Our client is a reputable company in the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas Industries is searching for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive recruitment, people management, Employee & Industrial relations skills and competencies.

Qualifications:

• B.sc in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline and preferably at Masters Level. Other professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Candidates must have a good working knowledge of the labor law.
• Candidates must be experienced in employee relations.
• Candidates must have a good knowledge of Payroll computation
• Candidates must have good knowledge of Tax computation and remittance, and other statutory deductions.
• Must have strong employee management experience with the ability to relate to senior management in a large company.
• Candidates must have basic accounting and financial management skills to enable the preparation of payment and other similar responsibilities.
• Ideal candidates must have upwards of 12 years of HR and employee experience in a well-structured Manufacturing company.
